About DIT Bakery
The Bakery is part of the School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology at Dublin Institute of Technology.
​
This small shop is located on the ground floor in the Cathal Brugha Campus, on Marlborough Street’s entrance. The bakery offers every day a variety of different breads, pastries and cakes, which culinary art students from level 6 to 9 prepare during their classes.
​
Students study theoretical subjects such as Baking Technology, Baking Ingredients Studies, Bakery Product Development, Operations Management and Practical Baking Skills in Confectionery, Sugar Craft, Pastry and Artisan Bread Making and Industry Internship.

How it all started
The website and the social media pages are the result of an e-marketing project that DIT Master's students have conducted in 2016. Clémentine Meaudre, Maria Gattari, Ekaterina Kudriashova and Alessia Tritto would like to thank the School of Culinary Arts for the support and all our followers!
